• A 14.5km (nine mile) stretch of the M62 will be closed overnight in early May between J10 (M6 Croft Interchange) and J12 (M63/M602 Eccles Interchange), for a footbridge to be raised.
Closures will be from 21:00hrs on Friday 8 May to 09:00hrs Saturday 9 May — east and westbound carriageways; 20;00hrs Saturday 9 May to 09:00hrs Sunday 10 May — westbound carriageway and 21:00hrs Sunday 10 May to 06:00hrs Monday 11 May — east and westbound carriageways.
Through traffic will use the A57 and A580.
