WEST YORKSHIRE Coun Council has now received tl stage-two report by AmeriQ consultant Booz, Allen ar Hamilton on the management West Yorkshire PTE.
Among the main recon mendations in the report is th the agreement between the P7 and National Bus Company the county should be substa tially modified to improve ti accountability and cos effectiveness of the bus system Service design standar( leading to reduced operatir costs should be implement( over a four-year period. Admi istration costs should be r duced over four years by five la cent per year, and depots ar bus stations should be modifiE and rationalised.
