of the M5 Motorway from East Brent to Edithmead, Somerset, has been published as a draft :heme.
The route now proposed follows a general mth-westerly direction from East Brent, where le present line ends. In view of the proposal I build a new dual-carriageway road in future om the terminus of the motorway to near xeter, a more satisfactory interchange between le motorway and the Exeter-Leeds Trunk Road k.38) and an improved route to Burnham-onea can be provided at Edithmead, says the linistry.
