Mr. I. A. Metcalfe. 80 Carmel Road South, Darlington. who has bought another six lorries (23 tons 1 cwt.), has transferred one (2 tons 19 cwt.) to Mr. R. W. Swinbank. Newsham Grange, Winstone, Darlington.

Another lorry (2 tons 19 cwt.) bought by Mr. N. Smith, 23 Carlyle Street. Willington Quay. has been transferred to Mr. F. Gibson, 223 St. Vincent Street, South Shields.

Messrs. Bromley Bros., 64 Low Escomb, near Bishop Auckland. have made over a lorry (2 tons 1 cwt.) and a trailer to Messrs. -E. and R. Transport. Stainton Hill Quarry, Stainton, near Bishop Auck land. .
