Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LE10ES'FERSH IR E-BASLD transport and warehousing firm Widdowson Group says a new logistics contract shows that its diversification away from pure haulage is working.

Under a two-year contract with footwear and clothing retailer Lands End Widdowson will provide warehousing space for Lands End products at its Glenfield, Leicester, site: it will transfer goods across to Lands End's mail order base at Oakham as a nd when they are required.

Commercial director John Hawksworth says: "Although our transport division still provides 55 60').6 of our turnover we have been trying to change the image of the firm from a transport company with warehouses to a total logistics provider."

As well as the storage and contract packing elements of the business, Widdowson Group has launched a driver training division with three trainers and three LGVs provided on a commercial basis.

Hawksworth adds: "The Widdowson name is still very strong in the transport sector and we are forging ahead with that. We just want to get the balance of turnover down slightly and get more revenue from added value."
