Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As we go to press the finalists for the Commercial Driver of the Year are going through their paces at the Knockhill Racing Circuit. The national final is the culmination of a succession of events held throughout the UK to test the skills of Robert Wiseman Dairies' drivers. Competitors vie with one another to win the coveted title in a series of onand off-road manoeuvring exercises. The competition is sponsored by Volvo Truck and Bus; the first prize is a Peugeot car, with two runner-up prizes of £3,000 holidays. This is the first time the company has held such a contest, and Wiseman distribution director Jack Buchanan had this message for the participants: "To reach the finals themselves is a major achievement, and would like to take this opportunity to wish all the finalists the very best at Knockhill." Well said that man!
