Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A rather more drastic move is pending for Ken Cook, newly appointed chief executive for the NFC in Iran. A colleague had an enjoyable evening at one of the parties to say goodbye to the ex-Midlands BRS md. Or, rather, au revoirsince his is a three-year contract. There has been a quite remarkable flurry of farewells and parting gestures of the nicest kind, suggesting that colleagues, customers and even trade union moguls share my view but there are all too few Cooks around.

Ken was telling my colleague about some of the problems and pleasures of setting up house in Tehran—not least the little matter that a family house in a good neighbourhood can cost £10,000 a year !
