Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

four-year-old depot closes

• Pointers Transport Ltd has closed its Warrington depot in Fearnhead Lane, Fearnhead, opened four years ago. Mr David Rooley, general manager, expressed personal disappointment that intensive efforts by the company management had failed to correct an adverse trading position under which the company had operated for a considerable period. The company will continue to operate depots at King's Lynn, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds, and Mr Rooley said that services would not be affected.

Help was being given to the 37 employees to find other jobs.
