A fares in Scotland is to be made by 4r. W. F. Quin, Scottish Licensing Luthority, following complaints by the ;sottish Trades Union Congress that any of the new fares recently introuced were in excess of the increases ermined.
Mr. George Middleton, general secreiry of the Scottish T.U.C., said that 4r. Quin had undertaken to examine le fares tables, and where it was found iat increases imposed were greater than lose authorized, "they would be ;vised downward."
