Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COURIER ARM Parcelforce has apologised after it accidently leaked clients' personal information on the internet, owing to an error in its online mail tracking system.

On 18 June, the system failed for a "few" hours, allowing customers using the mail tracing programme to access other customers' data, including names and signatures.

A spokeswoman for the Royal Mail Group subsidiary says: The issue was identified and rectified as quickly as possible."

However, an Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) spokeswoman says: We wit be contacting Parcelforce to establish how this security breach occurred, and find out what steps it will be taking to ensure [it] cannot happen again,"
