YORK TRAILER has won its battle with Edbro for control of the Co Durham based tipping gear and body company Anthony Carrimore Ltd.
For the past two weeks (CM June 26) York and Edbro have been fighting it out making bid and counter bid.
But in the past few days York have picked up a reported 82,194 Carrimore ordinary shares with an increased bid of 76p to make them clear winners.
