A NEW legal liability policy has been introduced for road carriers by Phoenix Assurance, 4-5 King William Street, London EC4.
The policy covers the carrier's legal liability for loss or damage of goods either under the standard conditions of carriage or under any special contract drawn up, provided details have been agreed in advance with Phoenix.
