Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Scania-Vabis (Great Britain) Ltd has changed its name to Scania (Great Britain) Ltd. This follows the completion of the legal requirements involved in the merger in Sweden of AB Scania-Vabis with the parent company, Saab-Scania AB.

Mr A. M. Geidler, managing director of the British company, comments: "The change in name also identifies us more closely with our products in the commercial vehicle and diesel engine fields. In 1972 sales in the UK exceeded well over 1000 units and our prediction is that in 1973 we will increase our sales by 50 per cent. We expect to achieve our target of 10,000 Scanias in operation in Britain by 1976."
