• A new A licence for the carriage of bulk liquids was granted to J. M. Horrocks and Co. Ltd., Irlam, in Manchester last week, for 39 vehicles previously operated by J. M. Horrocks and Partners.
Formerly 38 vehicles were on A licence, of which three were for maintenance and two were under contract to British Sun Oil Co. Ltd.
