Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

\XTE regret to record the deaths of Mr. A. Hallwood, Mr. C. H. Kenrew, Mr. H. Lee, Mr. L. M. Norton and Mr. G. W. Stubley.

Mr. Hallwood, a former Mayor of Oldham, was chairman for several years of the town's passenger transport committee. He was 71.

Mr. Kenrew, who was 53, was consumer automotive lubricants supervisor, Midland Division, Shell-Mex and BY., Ltd.

Mr. Lee. of Leverington Road, Wisbech, Cambs, many years ago founded Whippet Coaches, Ltd., at Hilton, Hunts, and remained governing director until he retired about eight years ago. He was 73. Mr. Norton, who was 60, was the proprietor of Norton Motor coach services, and formerly lived at Claydon Pike, Lechdale, Glos, where he garaged his coaches. He was a pioneer of the regular bus service between Lechdale, Fairford and Cirencester, now operated by the Bristol Bus Company. He retired because of ill health about two years ago.

Mr. Stubley, who was 49, was traffic manager of Leicester Co-operative Society. He died when his car was in collision with a lorry. Mr. Stubley was a member of the Leicester Road Accident Prevention Council and of that organization's national executive.
