Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Your article 'In recovery' (18 November 2004) incorrectly states the prices for RAC Commercial Vehicle Assistance. The costs are clearly laid out on our website (www.rac.business.co.uk/ commercial fleets): roadside assistance starts from 179.95, and recovery from £99.95. Users are charged for one service only, not both , even if both assistance and recovery is given. Whichever charge is applied, both cover the first hour and call-out fee.

We make no additional charges for out-of-hours or weekend calls.

We offer a 24/7/365 incident management system in both the UK and Europe. Our English speaking contact centres (even in Europe) run a 'link and chase' service to ensure that any incident is addressed as quickly as possible, and that if necessary, any load is taken off or recovered to the point of destination.

It is free to register for our service (0800015 9976) and the benefit of this is that no up-front or immediate payment is required when assistance or recovery is used:an invoice is simply issued which can be paid later.
