judge at a St Albans court had David Webster and Geoffrey Burman disqualified from acting as directors, Webster appealed the decision at the Royal Courts of Justice on 11 November. His appeal was rejected but the term of his disqualification was reduced from 11 to eight years.
In an annual return submitted hy First Point International (Europe) to Companies House on 6 December 1998, Webster and Burman were listed among the directors of the company.
In a separate development, on 16 November the Nand Revenue issued a petition to wind up First Point International (Europe) with a hearing net for 12 January 2000.
