• CM drove the outgoing Euro-2 8x4 version fitted IAA Renault's MIDR E41 engine rated at 338hp at 2,000rpm, with peak torque measured at 1.6001sim at 1,200rpm. It has the eight-speed ZF 151 gearbox and Michelin 12R22.5 on-off road profile tyres on the front and 11R22.5 on the rear. Drum brakes are fitted all round; its tare weight is 9.9 tonnes. The steel Groundhog body made by Charlton Tipper Bodies has a U-shaped floor, alloy headboard and mudguards plus a separate cover sheet.
