the 1100-20 or 12H 22.5 tyri is needed to plate a two-axli artic or rigid at 16 tons gvw In fact in the UK the 16PE 1000-20 or 11H 22.5 tyre legally rated at 6 tom (6610kg) for front or single tyred axle fitment and at 11 tons for twin-tyre fitment.
In this instance the Dodgi referred to is capable of being legally plated at 16 tons gvv with 1000-20 or 11R 22.! tyres.
