Steven Little, from Lytham St Annes, ran Ashton-under-Lyne overnight parcels company Speedvex Services, which was wound up with debts of more than £172,000 in December 1995. He was also a director of Smethwick-based trailer manufacturer Worley Truck Bodies, which was wound up in April 1996 with debts of nearly 2570,000. The court heard examples of "unfit conduct" with creditors losing out because Little transferred money between companies.
