• The row over British Steel' decision to switch limeston movements in the Yorkshir Dales from rail to road (CM 6-1 February) has taken a new twi. with the DTp asking British Ra to submit details of its opere tional costs.
DTp officials plan to visit th Dales where, until Septembei British Steel continues to tram port 9,000 tonnes of limeston a week by rail.
