His drivers are well-trained, with John Church, who brings not only a wealth of construction plant-shifting knowledge but also years of continental work to the job, having already completed his driver CPC and – like his colleagues – he holds several industry accreditations relating to plant operation and safety, many corresponding to a training course paid for by the boss.
