Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRIAL DATE has finally been set for the Scania group litigation order, which relates to injuries allegedly sustained by drivers as a result of driving 4-Series trucks equipped with P-cabs.

The case is expected to begin on 7 November at the Royal Courts of Justice in London and will probably last between six to eight weeks.

It is understood there have been around 600 claims from drivers and that up to 60 operators running Scan ias are involved as defendants in the case.

Augustines Injury Law, a division of Bristol legal firm Veale Wasbrough, is the lead claimant firm in this action. It has agreed that 10 test cases will be heard at the trial. All parties involved in this litigation the claimants, their employers and Scania will have ergonomic, engineering and medical experts in court who will provide expert evidence.

Scania declined to comment on the case at this stage.
