Stuart Appleby, of R. W. Appleby, represents the independent sector; Dr David Quermby, London Transport bus managing director, represents the Transport Executive sector; Charles Evans, of Lothian Regional Council, represents the local authority sector; and Irwin Dalton, of National Bus Company, represents the nationalised sector.
