Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Carriers, Ltd.) SOME two years ago you published a letter of mine on this subject, suggesting a few practical improvements which might well be considered b3.7 makers. Obviously, that way of expressing 'views would have little effect, compared to the combined views of a representative body.

The' great interest now shown in the matter by other large operators proves the needfor steps to be takento -co-ordinate the views of users. It would appear to me that the suggestion to form a Technical Institute is very desirable, and steps might well be taken immediately to form such a body. Since the activities of such an organization would be the interchange of technical ici4as and problems, coupled with liaison with 'the manufacturers on " desirability " in design, its scope should not clash with other institutes.

I .suggest that an even more appropriate name might be the " Institute of Road Transport ,Engineers " (or Technicians). Perhaps the_ '` C.M." can assist in the initial stages of formation of this body.
