. Canadian recovery truck builder Vulcan is introducing a 13-tonne heavy vehicle unit, based on a Scania 142 6x4, into the UK. The body, which has a 30-tonne recovery boom, is being manufactured from a kit by Cosby, Vulcan's sole UK distributor.
