Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ABOUT Elm is to be spent by Lothian regional council for a new bus maintenance garage at &Wield, Edinburgh. The depot will be established in premises bought from the Heron Motor Group.

No new building is now needed at Lothian's existing Marine and Longstone depots as the Heron premises are purposebuilt for vehicle maintenance.

The present Lothian Shrubhill works was built as a cable tram depot and no longer suited the needs of a modern bus overhaul works. It will now be demolished.

The council agreed it should buy the Seafield Road works and should ask the Secretary of State for Scotland for consent for the capital spending of €1.075m.
