STEPHEN TRENNERY has become traffic manager of the Eastern National Omnibus Company Ltd following the retirement of Bob Hanley. Based at the company's Chelmsford head office, Mr Trennery will be responsible for all of Eastern National's services throughout Essex and East Hertfordshire. Prior to joining Eastern National, he worked at the National Bus Company's south-east regional office at Tunbridge Wells.

Robin Shanks has become manager of the new office of Interlink which was recently opened at Larne. He joins Interlink from Ferrymasters Ltd.

David Readman has taken over as secretary of the Freight Transport Association's Scottish region. Mr Readman has worked for ICI Fibres and the National Wool and Textile Export Corporation.
