Facilities are now available in this country for heavy commercial vehicles to be fitted with the French-made Telma Electric Retarder by Telma's own specialized mechanics. Telma Retarder Ltd. has opened a fitting centre and to ensure the highest standard of work the company has brought over a number of specialist French mechanics. They will install units and also help train English mechanics. The service the company is offering enables a vehicle to be fitted with a retarder and be ready for use within 10 hours of arriving at the centre.
