It is strange but a number of eligible operators who entered the LDoY competition have not claimed a training grant from the RTITB. Or is it so strange? I heard this week of an operator who entered and made his claim. Back came the reply: "We'll pay you a grant when you pay us your levy." Well, it was a good try.
