Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FUTURE OF A Midlands haulage company hangs in the balance after it was found guilty of a string of tachograph offences and fined more than £16,000.

T&P Logistics of Wednesbury was found guilty on 21 counts of permitting drivers to breach regulations by Walsall magistrates and faces a public inquiry to decide if it has lost its repute. This could force it to close.

Director Peter Ward says: "I have all the tachograph records and I don't agree with the court decision."

When asked if the company will close, he says: -It's the TC's job for that. No date has been set; I'm awaiting the papers."
