Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Bulktrans was formed in 1993 when two of Australia's most successful transportation companies, Heggies Transport and Bulkhaul, combined to form Heggies Bulkhaul Limited (HBL). HBL became a public company and was floated on the Australian Stock Exchange in January 1994.

It recently became Scott Corporation, but this had no effect on operating divisions, such as Bulktrans, which specialises in dry bulk work. Last year it moved 12 million tonnes of loads, including coal, minerals, aggregates, grain, fertiliser, construction materials and sand.

Bulktrans services to its clients also include loading and handling; warehousing; stockpile management; road/rail; supply chain management; and environmental.
