Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Wallace Arnold of Leeds has set up two companies to run its holiday business.

Wallace Arnold Tours will continue to promote and sell the company holiday programme as well as controlling the company-owned hotels. Wallace Arnold Coaches, as the operating arm, will take charge of the growing coach fleet, most of which is used on the company's tours.

The close co-operation be tween both companies is emphasised by the retention of a single board of directors, with John King continuing as managing director. The move is the first step towards the absorption of the company's Devon division, based at Plymouth and Torquay, into the main structure.

O Wallace Arnold's 1990 intake of new coaches includes the 1,000th coach bodied by Plaxton.

A batch of 52 Plaxton-bodied Volvo BlOM coaches have been received, and an additional order is expected to cope with an upturn in business.

The first 10 touring coaches feature Sutrac air-conditioning for continental work, following a successful trial with two airconditioned coaches last year.
