GRANVILLE CAWTHERLEY is the new general manager at the Manchester branch of Derwent Vehicles, the Mercedes-Benz truck dealer.
Cawtherley, promoted from the Leeds branch where he was commercial vehicles sales manager, is returning to the dealership where he spent five years as a salesman with the previous franchise owner, Blackwood Hodge.
