tipper which I am on the point of replacing with another secondhand tipper. I am concerned about the new braking and plating regulations and the testing of vehicles. Where can I get details of these regulations and dates when they come into force?
Details of braking requirements which, N--% came into force on January 1 appeared on page 37 of CM, December 15, 1967. (This account summarises previous reports over a lengthy period.)
Plating and testing is due to start in the middle of this year and information as to how the scheme will work, dates for tests, etc., were published in CM December 29 {page 11) and January 5 {pages 28 and 29).
