Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Road Transport Industry Training Board has agreed to make grants to all competitors in the British Coach Rally (April 20-211 who are paying a levy to the Board. This means that for each vehicle entered, the participant will be able to claim up to four days' vehicle allowance and four days' operative training allowance.

As the allowance is £4 per day in each case for a p.s.v., the maximum amount allowable in cash will be £32 for each entry.
