Dave Bone is the new managing director of container operator Seawheel, having worked at the group for 20 years. A director of Seawheel since February 1983, he succeeds Bill Shiplee, who has become European director of Seawheel's parent group United Transport Company.
Pan-European container operator International Ferry Freight has promoted Edward Roderick to managing director. He joined the company in April 1988 and was previously managing director of the Alexandra Towing Company sub
sidiary AMH. Prior to this he worked at the Irish stateowned shipping company B&I Line.
Stewart Duncan (United Transport Line), and Alan McKay (Containerlink) join Bone and Roderick as new members of the board.
