• The British Standards Institution has published Sfrecifitation for tensional steel straPping (BS 4853: 1989).
The standard specifies tolerances and tensile strengths for flat strip, around, oval and flat wire tensional steel strapping for packaging; and also tolerances, tensile strengths and joint strengths for flat strip for Lifting.
