Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Coach Tourism Council (CM 22-28 June) has been launched to involve coaching, tour, ferry and hotel operators with national tourist boards in a promotional campaign for leisure travel by coach. It plans to produce a directional brochure listing tours and names and addresses of members as part of a campaign to improve coaching's image.

Gerald Topiol, CTC chairman and managing director of Groupways Leisure, says that CTC is totally autonomous and will not duplicate the work of other industry bodies. CTC hopes to raise at least 250,000 to launch its campaign through 2500 subscription from coach operators. CTC is based at 148 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2BU, phone 01-353 8406.
