MR. H. R. CAULFIELD-GILES,
A.C.I.S., is retiring at the end of July from his position as transport manager of Newton Chambers and Co., Ltd., after 30 years' service. He will retain the chairmanship of the Traders' Traffic Conference and of a number of other transport bodies. I-1e was the first chairman of the Sheffield centre of the Institute of Transport and of the transport committee of the Association of British Chambers of Commerce.
