Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The company trialled EcoSty;e with a select group of drivers, engaging them with the reports and what they meant in terms of their own performance and the company's. Alongside the management team, the drivers quickly went through the learning curve: their success was all the encouragement the business needed to roll out the system across its fleet.

Samworth had an existing driver awards programme that was lust fuelperformance related. The reporting accuracy of the new system, however, allied to driver training, shows drivers how their overall performance could affect the performance level of the entire fleet Contrary to some expectations, all Sarnworth's drivers happfly took to the system.

"There were variations in uptake speed and proficiency. but overall we're able to be more transparent with our drivers," says MD Nick Hay. "We go through EcoStyle reports individually with drivers, to help them self-correct where needed and to take credit where it is due, too. It is very much part of our day-to-day routine now for both driver and vehicle monitoring."
