• Don Bur is supplying 12 alustable height double-deck trailers to the John Lewis Partnership.

The 12.8m Multi-Deckers are step-frame, tandem-axle boxvans with a 9m-long lightweight steel spaceframe lifting deck.

Raised and lowered by an underfloor ram and four hightensile lifting cables, the deck has a maximum load of 8.0 tonnes. Load heights are 1.85m on the two decks with an overall height to the trailer of 4.7m.

Loading width an the top deck is wide enough for two pallets side-by-side at 2,250mm, while the trailer also has an additional 3.5m long lifting deck over the goose-neck with a one tonne capacity.
