DUNDEE-BASED operator James White has had his 0-licence revoked for a year after failing to park his trucks at the registered operating centre, Scottish Traffic Commissioner Joan Aitken disqualified him following a public inquiry.
White held a standard national goods vehicle 0-licence, which had authority for three vehicles, but with none currently specified.
He was also the nominated transport manager with the registered operating centre at Cunmont Quarry, Kingennie, Broughty Ferry.
Following an adverse report from a Vosa traffic examiner, Aitken called White to appear at a public inquiry.

He failed to show up at the public inquiry, but, in his absence, Aitken heard evidence from the traffic examiner to show that vehicles were being parked at a different quarry site.
The examiner also found that White was driving a truck without a digitach card.
As a result, Aitken found White to be in breach of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations,
