Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Goods vehicles travelling on the A82 trunk road between Inverness and Glencoe are being urged by the local Northern Constabulary to pull over to the side of the road if they see a queue of cars building up behind them. This measure is part of a campaign to reduce the number of accidents caused on the single-carriageway road due to bad driving by local car drivers. 'This will help ease some of the car drivers' frustration," says Inspector Charles Gillies. Truck drivers are not the main target of the campaign, which includes increased patrols and video cameras in police cars. Gillies says no HGVs have been involved in accidents he knows of on the A82.
