• The two Welsh National Bus Company subsidiaries have joined forces to sell their holiday and travel activities. Until now Western Welsh and South Wales Transport have competed for tours business and the move is the first step in the rationalization of their tours work. Further integration is expected.
Mr F. Haines, currently SWT's tours superintendent, has been appointed joint tours superintendent.
