THE Road Transport Industry Training Board has appointed Derek C. Kempson, as director of finance. Mr. Kern pson, 48, will be responsible for the financial operations of the Board, in particular the handling of the £11.5 million Levy and Grants aspect of its activities.
He was for some years chief accountant to the British South Africa Company and more recently to Charter Consolidated Limited.
