Regarding your article on the closure of the M20 for nine hours, we agree that it is totally unacceptable.
Accident investgabon takes too long—there must be an easier way to record the scene at incidents. We as recovery operators have managed in most cases to keep traffic moving by using two lanes and the hard shoulder, even with big accidents. If in Kent they were to oust AADL and give the area back to selected operators with the right equipment, this would help the flow of traffic.
