Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COACH OPERATORS and drivers intending to send or take coaches to the Ryder Cup golf competition at Walton Heath during September 15 to 20 are advised that the police have announced the following special arrangements for coaches, as heavy traffic is anticipated.

Coaches arriving at the event from the south should use the A24 or A217 Reigate Hill, Brighton Road, Dorking Road to the signposted coach park.

From the north, coaches should use the A217 Brighton Road — Dorking Road to the number one car park situated off the Dorking Road opposite the junction with Heath Drive. There will be no charge for coach parking.

For coaches not remaining at the event, a picking up and set down point has been designed just off the Dorking Road opposite the junction with Deans Lane.

The police remind operators that Pebble Hill Road is not suitable for coaches and that any coaches found parked illegally will be removed.
