Tribunal judge Wendy Warren ruled that the firm had acted within the bounds of reasonable responses and Bains' claim for unfair dismissal was rejected. She said he was entitled to unpaid wages, notice and holiday pay of £3,300 and ordered the firm to pay that amount.
