Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The FL.12 was introduced as a stop-gap until Volvo's FM was ready—Volvo only sold 378 of all types. B-ride 8x4 chassis just outnumber 4x2 tractors, which in turn outnumber 6x2s by almost two to one. Double-drive tractive units and T-ride 8x4 chassis account for less than io% of the total. The 12.1-litre engine with electronic fuel management may have deterred some FLio users, but for once tippermen seem to have been less t=onservative than distribution fleet operators. The 12.1-litre engine provides the power required (up to 42.ohp) although Volvo's lowheight cab is not so popular for long hauls. The cab can't compete in the stowage stakes with more modern designs, but the low cab entry level has advantages. The 34ohp output is seen by many tippermen as ideal for a 32tonner; it forms part of a well-proven driveline and suspension package. The engine brake is a bonus. Volvo was quick to recognise there was a serious situation with the injectors—and fixed it. This model has much to commend it, but it's so rare on the second-hand market that demand, and prices, are bound to be relatively high.
